The VLSI lab is equipped with the most up-to-date industry standard electronics design tools and some hardware resources. This Lab provides basic and advanced facilities for undergraduate coursework related experiments, assignments and project works in the area of device simulation and various aspects of advanced VLSI design. The lab facility includes regular course lab for course projects and assignments. VLSI Cad vendor’s tool licenses (Synopsys and Cadence) are hosted here.

- Open Source Tools: ngspice, Magic, LTSPICE and Quantum Espresso.
- FPGA prototyping boards and Xilinx Vivado tool, Analog discovery kit.
- Networked computing environment with Linux and Windows.
