Power and Poynting’s Theorem. Reflection, Transmission, and Refraction of Waves at Media Interfaces, Polarization. Comparison of circuit and field theory concepts. Guided Waves in Transmission Lines, Smith Charts, Transients in Transmission Lines, Impedance matching, Metallic Waveguides, Introduction to planar and dielectric Waveguides.
